Based at our UK HQ, in the heart of the Malvern Hills, the Perfect Fit Team are driven by our shared devotion to bettering dog welfare. Below you can find out a little more about each of us.

Lucy Cooper - Finance Manager

Lucy ensures the smooth running of our Accounts Department. Her eye for detail and numbers ensures the successful management of the finance side of the business. At home, Lucy enjoys spending quality time with Willow, her Golden Working Cocker Spaniel.

Carl Davies - Warehouse Manager

Carl joined PerfectFit in 2012 after seeing a job advertisement that involved the word ‘Dog’. Managing the warehouse means he can nerd out over spreadsheets and pie charts. Carl has an interest in both animal and human psychology and wellbeing. His favourite little gremlin is Luna, a 3 legged rescue dog from Bosnia, to whom he dedicates most of his Instagram posts. Outside of work he enjoys gigs, food and the gym.

Since getting his first puppy, a Border Terrier called Dilys, Jake is now officially a dog person! Jake is passionate about positive work cultures, which is what lead him to PerfectFit, that and his new dog obsession. His exuberant and friendly personality lends itself perfectly to excellent customer service skills. Creativity, in the form of composing and writing music, cooking & photography, are some of the hobbies that keep Jake busy outside of work.

Stephanie Chamings - Sales and Marketing Manager

Steph is responsible for managing our amazing sales team & our marketing department, and has a passion for creating a positive work culture for our staff. Steph is also a passionate advocate for kind, compassionate dog training methods, which is a subject close to our hearts at PerfectFit. Outside of work Steph is a slave to her best buddy (and our office mascot) Paco, her Rottweiler/Irish Setter mix, who has been an integral part of our team for many years.

After spending nearly two years travelling the globe, Rhi decided to make Malvern home again. With a passion for animal welfare, she spent her time volunteering at an animal sanctuary based in the Ecuadorean Amazon and hanging out with street dogs in Thailand. Rhi enjoys travelling and discovering the very best vegan recipes.

Outside of work, she makes the best brownies and burns them off on long rambles with her English Springer Spaniel, Penny.

Ben Healy - Warehouse Executive

Ben had worked in retail for over 4 years and is responsible for ensuring all shipments are processed accurately and sent on time. Ben is a keen artist and rugby fan outside of work and hopes to, one day, rescue his very own Bull Mastiff.

Will is passionate about animal rights, health and welfare. His experience as an officer in the merchant Navy has equipped him with the necessary skills to oversee health and safety, data protection and other areas of compliance.
